Anthony Flores is the founder of The Outwork Agency, a leadership and performance company built on one simple belief: strong people build strong businesses.

 

Born and raised with a love for sports and competition, Anthony learned early what discipline and teamwork can create. Basketball was his first arena for leadership, earning multiple High School All-Star selections, and the foundation for his future in developing people.

 

After earning a degree in Psychology with a minor in Marketing and leaning into his passion for health and wellness, he stepped into the fitness world in 2013. What began as training clients one-on-one quickly grew into a full-fledged career of building teams and leading others. Over the next decade, Anthony rose through leadership roles across Texas and Virginia, eventually overseeing multi-unit operations as a Regional Manager in the fitness industry.

 

In 2024, he founded The Outwork Agency to help companies and individuals elevate their growth and performance through leadership frameworks, coaching, and consulting. His work blends psychology, business strategy, and people development—helping leaders at every level grow themselves while driving measurable results for their organizations.

 

Known by peers as both a builder and a thinker, Anthony brings an uncommon mix of empathy and execution to every venture. He’s as comfortable facilitating executive strategy sessions as he is mentoring new managers through their first leadership challenges.

Anthony now lives in Austin, Texas with his wife, Ashley, continuing his mission to help others outwork their limits and lead with purpose.
