I’ve spent over 20 years in leadership—across food and beverage, sales, hospitality, and fitness. I started in the trenches, learning what it really takes to lead teams, serve people, and keep the engine running under pressure. That hands-on experience became the foundation for everything I do now.

Eventually, I moved into senior leadership roles, including Regional Manager of Operations, where I led multiple sites, opened new markets, restructured underperforming teams, and built systems that actually worked. I’ve launched ventures, made tough calls, and carried the weight of making people and businesses better.

But titles were never the goal. Impact was.

​

I created The Outwork Agency to help managers who are stuck, overlooked, or unsure where to turn. I’ve lived the stress, the doubt, the pressure—and I’ve come out stronger because I learned how to lead through it. Now I coach others to do the same.
