We provide both hands-on support and our own leadership LMS, so your managers have 24/7 access to proven tools, courses, and resources they can use anytime, anywhere.

Where do we fit in?

We act as your dedicated leadership development partner—embedding proven leadership training, coaching, and strategy into your business. How does it work?

We charge a flat monthly rate based on your team size, starting at $3,999/mo. for up to five managers with a minimum three-month partnership. We evaluate your team’s needs, develop them through our programs, guide them through virtual coaching every week, and elevate the strategy as they grow.
