C - Compensation

  • Proposed Commission Structure (commission-only to start):

    • 30% commission on all signed sales, regardless of program type.

    • 50% commission on facilitated accounts (Advantage plans): Includes weekly calls, progress monitoring, community engagement, and providing ongoing support to participants.

  • Milestone Bonuses: (details shared during interview)

      • Earn Quarterly Revenue Bonuses (QRBs) for hitting key milestone targets.

      • Earn Client Retention Bonuses (CRBs) for nurturing and retaining active accounts.

​

  • Remote Work:

    • Primarily remote, with flexibility for occasional events or client meetings.

E - Expectations

​

As a Sales Partner with The Outwork Agency, your success—and the company’s—relies on consistent effort and time dedicated to building relationships, generating leads, and closing sales.

​

  • Daily Sales Activities:

    • Driving sales for Essentials and Advantage/Advantage Plus partnerships.

    • Conduct lead generation and outreach to prospective clients through email, phone calls, in-person visits, and social media platforms.

    • Schedule and conduct client discovery calls to understand their leadership development needs.

    • Maintain an accurate record of all sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.

  • Sales Goals and Metrics:

    • Work toward achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets, including a specific number of client conversions.

    • Track and report progress weekly to ensure alignment with team goals and strategies.

​

  • Client Engagement and Follow-Up:

    • Respond promptly to client inquiries and provide detailed information about The Outwork Agency’s programs.

    • Develop personalized follow-up plans for potential clients to nurture relationships and increase conversion rates.

    • Maintaining professional communication with prospects and nurturing relationships through the sales process.

  • Supportive Training Environment:

    • Adhere to developmental training to familiarize yourself with The Outwork Agency’s leadership frameworks, including the Outwork180 Blueprint™.

    • Access tools and resources designed to streamline the sales process and enhance performance.

A - Availability

​

This commission-only role requires a strong work ethic, a proactive approach, and a flexible schedule to accommodate prospecting and sales activities. See below for information.

While this is a commission-only position, we expect all team members to commit to the following availability requirements to ensure alignment with our mission and standards.

​

Time Commitment:

​

Part-Time Sales Partner:

    • Hours per Week: Minimum of 20 hours.

    • Availability Requirements:

      • Dedicated blocks of 4 hours per day on at least 5 days per week.

      • Flexibility to attend occasional team meetings, client calls, or trainings as scheduled.

​

Full-Time Sales Partner:

    • Hours per Week: Minimum of 40 hours.

    • Availability Requirements:

      • Full workdays (8 hours per day, Monday–Friday) with flexibility to adapt based on client needs.

      • Active participation in team meetings, trainings, and sales strategy sessions.

R - Reporting To

​

Sales Partners will report directly to Anthony Flores, unless otherwise specified.

​

Requirements

​

We’re looking for individuals who:

​

  • Have a minimum of a high school diploma.

  • Are team-oriented, growth-minded, and passionate about leadership development.

  • Have excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively.

  • Are driven to succeed in a commission-based role and thrive in entrepreneurial environments.

  • Prior sales experience is not required—we are committed to training and supporting the right candidates who align with our vision.

  • Will be required to complete The Outwork180 Blueprint™ prior to lead gen.

  • Have access to:

    • A reliable computer with basic software capabilities (e.g., email, CRM platforms, video conferencing tools).

    • A smartphone for calls, follow-ups, and on-the-go communication.

    • A high-speed internet connection for remote work efficiency.

    • A dedicated, quiet workspace conducive to professional sales interactions.
